A system that runs the whole shop: orders from "Received" to "Delivered" across twelve statuses, measurements in versions that never get lost, invoices and receipts, money in fils with three-decimal precision (BD 12.375), and customer notifications via Telegram — with no SMS messages at all. The customer tracks their order from their own app or via the QR code on their receipt, and their measurements are their property: no shop opens them except with a code from their hand.
The owner gives you a temporary password in a gold frame — displayed only once. Your first sign-in asks you to change it (8 characters or more). Forgot it? The owner regenerates it from the "Team" screen. 5 wrong attempts lock your account for 15 minutes — check your keyboard before retrying.
The same screens on mobile, tablet, and computer. The rule: mobile for what you manage standing with the customer (new order, payments, measurements), and the computer for full tables, the kanban, invoices, and reports. On mobile: a bottom bar + a central gold "New order" button; on the computer: a navy sidebar with collapsible groups.
Five full languages (Arabic, English, हिन्दी, Urdu, বাংলা) you switch between from the top of the screen and the whole interface flips — because tailoring teams in Bahrain come from these nationalities. Dark mode works on every screen, digits are always Latin, and amounts carry three decimals (BD 12.375). And when the internet cuts out: an "Offline — will sync" bar, the calculators work in full, and everything you write comes back with the network.
From their app: their order with a progress bar (Received 15% → Sewing 62% → Ready 100%), their invoice and registration code, and their measurements with their versions — and their measurements cannot be opened at any shop except with a code from their hand. And for those without an account: "Track your order" with the order number and receipt code, or by scanning the QR printed on the invoice.
Open the app and read these five pages alongside it: p. 2 teaches you Today and the new order (and it is 90% of your daily work), p. 3 orders and their statuses, p. 4 measurements and the Thobe Panel, p. 5 money, printing, and every number. In your first week, stick to the essentials: new order → payment → receipt — the rest comes with need, and everything you need then is in these pages or in the big thirty-page guide.

Quick Reference Guide — TafseeliToday and the New OrderFour tappable counters that take you to their lists: Due today (gold) · Ready, awaiting pickup (green) · Late (red) · Today's revenue. Below them: Today's reminders (fitting tomorrow, ready but not picked up, collect the remaining balance — every reminder has a WhatsApp button with a ready-made message and a "Done" button) · Today's tasks (orders assigned to you with a "Complete" button that advances the status in one tap) · Upcoming deliveries (five days with a countdown badge) · and the alerts "Measurement alteration request: N" and "Fabric below reorder level". At the bottom, a kanban board with three columns: In progress · Ready, awaiting pickup · Awaiting measurement/cutting.
Received → Measurement → Cutting (fabric is deducted from stock here) → Sewing → Embroidery → Fitting → Finishing → Pressing → Ready (notifying the customer is mandatory) → Delivered — and with them: "Needs alteration", "Not picked up", and "On hold" (reason mandatory), and "Cancelled" (after cutting with the manager's password, and the system returns the meters to stock). Four statuses always remain even if the shop disables them: Delivered, Pressing, Needs alteration, Not picked up.

Quick Reference Guide — TafseeliOrders and Statuses"List" (cards on mobile and a table on the computer with columns: number/customer/phone/status/due date/total/remaining — the late row on a red background) · the productivity "Calendar" (tap a day to show what is due that day — the week starts on Saturday) · the kanban "Board" (drag the card to the next column: the state machine rejects illogical transitions, and after every drag a 10-minute undo window with a live counter) · "Workshop" with its five stations and their capacity. Filters: status filter + staff filter (for the owner) + sorting (date/due date/total) + chips "Late only · Unpaid · Rush" + search by number, name, or phone + CSV export.
| Status | Meaning | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Received | Just arrived — not measured yet | Finishing | Final buttons and hems |
| Measurement | Measurements taken or in the room's queue | Pressing | The final pressing — always before readiness |
| Cutting | Fabric cut — deducted from stock here | Ready | Complete — notifying the customer is mandatory |
| Sewing | On the tailor's table | Delivered | Went out under a recipient's name — final |
| Embroidery | On the embroidery table | Needs alteration | A fitting revealed notes — back to the workshop |
| Fitting | The customer tries it on — scheduled by appointment | Not picked up | We finished it and its owner never came |
"Cancelled" and "On hold" sit off the line (suspending requires a reason). Cancelling after cutting requires the manager's password — its reasons: customer backed out · entry error · shop delay · damaged fabric · other. Cancelling after cutting automatically returns the fabric meters to stock.
The kiosk Measurement Room (the measurement-corner tablet): an "Under measurement / Waiting" queue with a "ding-dong" bell refreshing every 8 seconds, and a measurement screen with two modes, "From the body" or "From the customer's thobe", and large input with ±0.25/0.5/1 buttons and a "Field note" (200 characters) — all of it without prices. The production workshop: five stations (cutting 25 minutes by default, sewing 150, embroidery 90, finishing 35, pressing 10) with each station's capacity at 1-16 orders/day and a colored load badge, and a priority queue with a published formula: 100×rush + 80×due-date proximity + 30×paid ratio + 20×VIP − 15×order age — plus a readiness forecast from your shop's historical performance that jumps over prayer times. And the A4 "Tailor's Card" prints with the numbered thobe diagram and the measurement table in the worker's language out of five languages.

Quick Reference Guide — TafseeliMeasurements and the WorkshopFrom the item card, the "Add measurements" button opens a dialog with two switchers: "Quick grid" — a "Simple" mode with seven fields (length, shoulder, bibah, chest, waist, sleeve, opening) or "Advanced" with its groups and its garment templates (all fields/dishdasha/Saudi thobe/shirt/trousers/abaya) — and "Graphical workshop" with the thobe panel drawn below: tap any line and its field jumps right above it.
Fill tools: "Compare with the latest measurement" (colored ± differences) · "From chat" (paste the customer's text "Length 148 and chest 120" and it extracts the numbers) · "Copy from a previous order" (last 5) · "Customer's measurements" and "Use latest measurement — version N".
"Skip measurement" (with explicit confirmation) for ready-made pieces and alterations — and "Save measurements" creates a new version, v+1, and archives the old one: the customer's entire history without loss.
An "Under measurement / Waiting" queue with a "ding-dong" bell (refreshing every 8 seconds) and a measurement screen with two modes: "From the body" or "From the customer's thobe" — large input with ±0.25/0.5/1 buttons, a "Field note" (200 characters), and a touch number pad. Saving validates the required fields, ends the turn in the queue, and calls the next one — all of it without prices.
Five stations (cutting 25 minutes by default · sewing 150 · embroidery 90 · finishing 35 · pressing 10) with each station's capacity at 1-16 orders/day (default 8) and a load badge (green/amber/red at 90%). A priority queue with a published formula: 100×rush + 80×due-date proximity + 30×paid ratio + 20×VIP − 15×order age — plus a readiness forecast from your shop's historical performance with a confidence level, jumping over prayer times. The A4 "Tailor's Card" prints with the numbered thobe diagram and the measurement table in the worker's language out of five languages.

Quick Reference Guide — TafseeliCustomers and PaymentThe "Customers" screen: chips "All / VIP / Registered in the app" with live counters, and search by name (two characters) or phone (eight digits — shown masked 388\*\*\*45). The customer file: their statistics, their orders, their measurements with their versions and source badges ("From the body"/"From the customer's thobe"/"Imported"), and their finances (the remaining balance and the points), plus "Companions — the account family" and the warranty card ("Free alterations remaining: N/M" → a "Request alteration under warranty" button at price 0.000) and "Shop notes" with a VIP toggle for the owner.
Ask the customer to generate a code from their app (four digits, valid for 10 minutes, one time) → enter it with their mobile → the "Matching preview" returns every field with its verdict (✓ match — it knows the Gulf synonyms and converts units · ⚠ for review · ✗ no counterpart) → "Confirm import". The protection: 5 wrong attempts/hour for the shop, and 5 wrong/15 minutes voids the customer's codes — and the customer sees every access attempt in the "Access log" on their side.
"Record payment": the "Remaining balance" box + the amount with its chips + "Payment type" (deposit / partial payment / final payment / settling an old receivable) + "Payment method": cash · BenefitPay · debit card · credit card · transfer · deferred (receivable) · cheque (with its number, date, due date, and status: pending/deposited to bank/returned/cleared) · other — and amounts cannot exceed the remaining balance (except deferred). Delivery: an optional final payment + "Recipient's name" and "Relationship to the customer" + the warning "Delivering without full payment (a receivable remains)".

My account is locked: wait out the counter or ask the owner for a temporary password (do not keep retrying) · "Next" won't activate: a card is incomplete — the red alerts pinpoint what is missing · I dragged to the wrong column: "Undo (10 min)" from the undo bar · The discount is refused: above your cap — "Manager authorization" with their password · The customer lost their password: "Forgot password" → the bot → /reset · Their measurements are at another shop: "Open measurements from another shop" with their 4-digit code · The receipt came out the wrong size: choose the printer only and do not change the size · No internet: "Offline — will sync": the calculators work and the rest comes back with the network.
